Seven-time MotoGP champion Rossi travelled to Charlotte Motor Speedway after finishing sixth in his series’ inaugural Austin race on Sunday. Auto GP open to further car tweaks

Marussia believes Jules Bianchi is making the rest of the Formula 1 paddock sit up and take notice with his strong showings in his rookie season so far. Bianchi landed at Marussia in place of the cash-strapped Luiz Razia just days after losing out to Adrian Sutil in the shoot-out for the second Force India seat. Despite having little test mileage in the MR02, Bianchi has comfortably led the back of the field pack in the first two grands prix of 2013 and has snapped at the heels of Williams and Toro Rosso at times.

Perez does not regret McLaren move

Sergio Perez insists McLaren’s troubled start to the 2013 Formula 1 season is not making him regret joining the team. McLaren is facing an uphill battle to make its MP4-28 a frontrunner, with the team struggling to extract the full potential from the car. Perez is under no illusions that he will have a tough time just finishing in the points, but says that the delight of his experience working with McLaren outweighs its current performance difficulties.
Kubica tops Canaries Rally shakedown

Citroen driver Robert Kubica has set the fastest time in this morning’s Canaries Rally shakedown stage. Kubica posted a time of 1m26.5s for the stage, with two-time event winner Jan Kopecky listed as six tenths of a second slower than the former grand prix winner.
