June 24th, 2012
Heikki Kovalainen described his race-spoiling collision with Jean-Eric Vergne in the European Grand Prix as a “rookie mistake” by the Frenchman, after a race in which both Caterhams were involved in contact with Toro Rossos. Harvey gets post-race penalty
April 14th, 2012
Pre-weekend British Formula 3 International Series points leader Jack Harvey has been penalised for a chicane infringement in the first race at Monza. Harvey’s penalty of 10 seconds drops him from fifth to seventh in the results, and means that he drops to third in the points behind Jazeman Jaafar. The Briton was trailing race winner Carlos Sainz Jr by one point in the standings, but has now fallen to five adrift of the Spaniard and two behind Jaafar
The Flawless Floridian
by Chris Cunningham on April 6th, 2012
The iRacing.com Skip Barber Racing School Premier Series invaded Sonoma, California for the third week of the season at Infineon Raceway. Christian Aranha and David Williams were the center(s) of attention as they went into the week’s online racing action tied for first place on the leader board. Aranha continued his undefeated sweep this week, winning the two races he elected to start and led every lap en route to his twin triumphs. Unfortunately for Williams, a racing incident cost him a huge points payout during his sole race of the week, enabling Aranha to take complete control in the overall points. However, Infineon saw some new contenders prove they too are willing and (potentially) able to chase down the flawless Floridian. Five races went official this week, starting with [...]
