SEBRING, Fla. — Chinese driver Ho-Pin Tung, who serves as a reserve and test driver for the Renault Formula One team, made history over the weekend by becoming the first Chinese driver to take the wheel of an IndyCar during a test with the FAZZT Race Team at Sebring Int’l Raceway. The test, funded by FAZZT’s primary sponsor Bowers Wilkins, was the first step in what the team hopes will become a fulltime effort for Tung in a second IZOD IndyCar Series entry for FAZZT in 2011.
