As a UI Designer at iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, you will be working on a new
console-focused licensed racing game where you will take ownership of creating stunning
menus and 2D art assets, including icons and in-game HUDs. You will help design functional
and intuitive UI systems and flows while keeping the user experience at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
● Creating and maintaining the game’s UI design from concept stage to final
implementation
● Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
● Designing UI animations, transitions, and visual effects
● Working in synergy with developers and designers to deliver final art assets in
accordance with the project’s technical and feature requirements
● Concisely communicating your ideas about improving screen flows and game features
from the perspective of the user experience
● Demonstrating creativity and adaptability to a variety of artistic styles

Required Qualifications
● Passion for playing and making games
● 3+ years experience in UI design for games
● Great sense of aesthetics, composition, layout, and color
● Understand technical constraints and asset optimization
● Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma,
Balsamiq, or similar toolsets
● Experience with 2D animation, special effects, and transitions
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-driven work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small
collaborative team
Ideal Qualifications
● Prior experience working on console racing games or general racing knowledge
● Experience with accessibility design
