Report Illegal Content – DSA Notice Form

Purpose of This Form

Pursuant to Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (“DSA”), iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC (“iRacing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this web form to allow any individual or entity located in the European Union (“EU”) or European Economic Area (“EEA”) to notify us of specific content available on our platform that the individual or entity believes constitutes illegal content. Under the DSA, “illegal content” means any information that is not in compliance with EU law or the law of an EU/EEA Member State.

EU or EEA individuals or entities may also use this form to report violations of iRacing’s Terms of Use or Sporting Code that are not necessarily illegal.

    We will use this address only to acknowledge receipt of your notice, request clarification if needed, and communicate our decision. If your notice concerns conduct that may constitute one of the child sexual abuse offenses under Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, you are not required to provide your name or email address.
