Cadillac CTS-V, Twin Ring Motegi Highlight Season 2 Build

iRacing.com’s 2012 Season 2 build is out, with the sensational new Cadillac CTS-V and a new track in Twin Ring Motegi leading the way. Actually, make that four new tracks as Twin Ring Motegi is one of the world’s most modern multi-purpose facilities, featuring a 1.5 mile oval and three very different road courses – all of which run independently of the oval.

The Cadillac CTS-V is the all-out racing version of America’s foremost high performance sedan, a car that has already won two of the first three rounds of the 2012 SCCA Pirelli World Challenge. With a V8 producing 460 bhp and a Pratt & Miller-developed chassis that sticks to asphalt like Velcro, the Caddy is one serious race car. Better yet, the CTS-V has automatically been added to everyone’s account, so every iRacer can take it out for an online test drive . . . now.

Other features of the new build include enhanced graphics at Twin Ring Motegi and New Smyrna Speedway, updated aerodynamics on virtually all the NASCAR series cars and a host of improvements to the camera, spotter, telemetry and sound features.
