The 2025 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series season is only two races in, but the power struggle at the top is real among the two most-recent series champions and their respective teams.

Entering Las Vegas last week, Steven Wilson and Spire Motorsports were on top of the world, coming off a Daytona victory and the Team Standings lead with Femi Olatunbosun finishing seventh. Williams Esports wasn’t that far behind—Parker White finished second to White, and while Donovan Strauss didn’t have the day he had hoped for, finishing 19th, the defending Team Champions were still close to the top after the opening round.

Neither White nor Wilson found themselves in Las Vegas victory lane, however. Jim Beaver eSports’ Kollin Keister shocked the masses with an upset victory last Tuesday night. While White and Wilson, and their respective teams continue to trade the top spot again this week, Keister and Jim Beaver’s outlet gain massive ground in both the standings and this week’s edition of the eNASCAR Power Rankings entering Interlagos.

INTERLAGOS DRIVER POWER RANKINGS | Wilson with connection woes leaves White back on top

Unless something crazy happens, expect to see a lot of Steven Wilson and Parker White on top. Two polar opposites in terms of their demeanor, but both putting on some of the most dominant performances in series history as of late. Both drivers could have won Las Vegas. Wilson started second and led the opening six laps. Then his internet gave out. You’ll have that sometimes in big time online sim racing. A missed opportunity for the 2023 champion, surely, but something that hopefully doesn’t become a habit.

As for White, he came on strong in the second half at Las Vegas. The other Spire entry, Femi Olatunbosun, took over and dominated the middle part of the action, but White was able to get by and looked to be heading towards a third career win. The way the cautions flew, however, made that dream fade away. White and his Williams Esports teammate Donovan Strauss had control, but they were on the oldest tires in the field. Enter Kollin Keister, who had 25 lap fresher virtual tires as the race came to a close.

Before the winning strategy call, Keister was about a 10th-to-15th place entry. After the pit, he was able to maneuver through the traffic like no other. Keister wasn’t on many people’s radars entering the season. He was on Jim Beaver’s, however, and the belief paid off with the plaid #15 celebrating at the end of the day.

Steven Wilson rejoining the race 14 laps down after connection issues.

If Keister didn’t make his strategy call, the headline might be about Michael Cosey Jr instead. Cosey Jr also pitted, but about 10 laps prior to Keister. Still, with fresher tires than White and Strauss, Cosey Jr was able to follow through into second place, keeping Keister on his toes until the checkers.

How does this all affect the Driver’s Power Rankings, though? Well, Parker White and Steven Wilson remain 1-2, despite Wilson’s finish outside the top-35. Malik Ray (Vegas Inferno) collected another top-10 finish, and by the slimmest of margins, passes Tucker Minter (William Byron eSports) for a top-three seat in the Power Rankings entering Interlagos. Minter finished 11th, right behind Ray. Due in part to his most laps led, Olatunbosun rounds out the top-five.

Keister and Cosey Jr both jump into the top-10—Keister wasn’t ranked entering Las Vegas, and now he’s got a chance to race for a championship. Both Zack Novak (Channel 199 Sim Racing) and Casey Kirwan (Kansas City Pioneers) fall down the order, but keep spots in the top-10. Strauss, who entered the season in 10th, returns to the top-10 this week.

Seth DeMerchant made some bold strategy calls to get a top-five at Las Vegas, which moves him into a ranked position. Two rookies also scored their first top-10 finishes of their career, with Quentin Warman (HYAK Motorsports) and Blaze Crawford (Team Dillon Esports) finishing seventh and eighth, respectively. Connor Yeroschak (Letarte eSports), who got the best rookie finish at Daytona after leading on the final lap, had a rougher outing at Las Vegas, finishing 25th while also incurring a penalty for Interlagos.

Some big names have had slow starts to 2025, including two previous Championship 4 drivers in the last two years, Graham Bowlin (Kansas City Pioneers) and Garrett Lowe (BS+COMPETITION). They lose their place on the Power Rankings entering Interlagos, but don’t expect that to last. Also down the order is Bobby Zalenski, now 16th. With Interlagos up on Tuesday night, this likely won’t last either for eNASCAR’s Road Course King.

INTERLAGOS TEAM POWER RANKINGS | Williams retakes the top, Inferno stays on podium

By virtue of a third and fourth place finish at Las Vegas, Williams Esports reclaims the top spot of both the Team Standings and the Team Power Rankings over Spire Motorsports. After both drivers led throughout the show, Spire settled for ninth with Femi and 37th from Steven. Despite this, they kept second in both the Team Standings and Team Power Rankings, and as mentioned with those two most-recent champions, don’t expect them to leave the top any time soon.

The new teams came to play this season. Four of the six new or returning teams sit in the top half of the Team Standings. Those four are also ranked on the Team Power Rankings after Las Vegas. While the story is that Jim Beaver eSports returns to eNASCAR Victory Lane for the third time, HYAK Motorsports is surprisingly solid through two races. Both Dylan Ault and rookie Quentin Warman have top-10 finishes so far, and they sit fifth in the standings, seventh now on the Power Rankings.

While Michael Guest has had a middle-of-the-road start to his season, his Vegas Inferno teammate Malik Ray is propping the new team up as they stay third through two weeks of competition. The same can be said for William Byron eSports, with Tucker Minter near the top and Nick Ottinger down the order, as well as Channel 199 Sim Racing, who joins the top-five for the first time thanks in part to Zack Novak sitting high up the Driver’s Standings. After leading some laps early on, Novak finished 14th at Las Vegas, right behind his teammate Dylan Duval in 13th.

Six Karma was one of the three teams to fall out, and that’s just math working against their favor. Daniel Faulkingham, who fell to 11th in the Power Rankings this week, sits strongly in eighth in the Driver’s Standings after finishing seventh at Las Vegas. His rookie teammate, Eddie Kerner, however, while showing signs of strength in both races so far, had another finish outside the top-35 to kick off his rookie season. Regardless, Six Karma is a team to keep an eye on through the rest of the season.
