Hendrick Cars Lead Daytona 500 Start

The Budweiser Duels had been expected to leave some of the higher profile drivers on the sidelines for the Daytona 500 but after 300 miles of racing there were no surprises and with six of the 49 cars involved in accidents, none of which were major the  cars of Hendrick Motorsports swept the Duels much like they did front row qualifing 5 days earlier.
