December 9th, 2025 by Chris Leone

It’s one of the biggest builds of the year, and it’s available now! iRacing 2026 Season 1 is officially out, with two new cars (including one that’s free to the entire user base), two new tracks, multiple additional configurations for existing tracks, and a host of other car, track, and UI updates.
Here’s a look at what to expect from the new build:
- FIA Cross Car (FREE!): One of the most integral steps on the real-world rallycross ladder for young drivers, the FIA Cross Car is our first RWD rallycross car and will be a key part of our Rookie experience moving forward.
- Porsche 911 Cup (992.2): Porsche’s latest single-make machine is here, featuring 520 horsepower and improved aerodynamics. The 911 Cup (992.2) is ready for both AI and rain racing out of the box.
- Adelaide Street Circuit: Our latest street circuit brings us down under, as one of Supercars’ most prominent venues makes its iRacing debut.
- Miami International Autodrome: Check out all five of Miami’s configurations, ranging from the full length Grand Prix circuit to the MIA Loop, in all race modes, including AI.
- New Dirt Road configurations: Both rallycross and short course Dirt Road racers get to enjoy added layouts with the new build. For truck racers, the long-awaited off-road layout at Lucas Oil Speedway has been added, while Winton Motor Raceway’s rallycross layout has been added as part of our base content package.
- Rockingham Speedway: An all-new scan of one of NASCAR’s most historic ovals joins our Rockingham package. It’s a free addition for anyone who already owns the track, and it comes AI enabled.
- Mount Panorama Circuit: A ground-up art overhaul for Bathurst sees the entire environment recreated with our most modern graphical processes.
- Car updates: The Dallara IR18 receives its hybrid system and art updates, the Toyota GR86 gets physics and systems updates, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series sees an aerodynamics update, and the GT3 class
- UI updates: The new in-sim UI receives a Widget Editor, Standalone Widgets, and a new search function. Localization for the non-sim UI also includes the French, German, Italian, Portuguese (European), and Portuguese (Brazilian) languages.
- AI racing: Alongside all of the new content that’s ready for single-player racing, our opponent paint scheme database now includes more realistic specialized paint schemes for all NASCAR divisions, ARCA, the Dallara IR18 and IL-15, the Gen 4 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and Ford Taurus, Supercars Gen 3, and the Stock Car Pro Series.
