2024 iRacing Special Events Calendar Released

iRacing’s Special Event calendar features a selection of the world’s most compelling races across numerous disciplines. Whether you’re interested in stock cars or sports cars, open-wheel formula cars or sprint cars, sticking to pavement or playing in the dirt, running solo or racing with a team of your closest friends, our Special Events have something for everyone!

The 2024 Special Events calendar features two dozen races, including many of this year’s most popular events across all disciplines. Three new events join the calendar in the summer, including two at Indianapolis Motor Speedway: the Brickyard 400 as part of the NASCAR iRacing Series in July, and the IMSA-inspired Indy 6 Hour in early September. The third is the Martinsville MX-500, which takes Global MX-5 Cup cars at Martinsville Speedway full circle after the Moonhead-created iRacing event later led to real-world tests of the combination.

As was the case this year, the calendar kicks off with the Roar at Daytona International Speedway in January, this time adding LMP3 cars to its traditional GT4 and Touring Car slate. Things wrap up 11 months later with the Chili Bowl, the fourth and final Super Session event of the year, alongside August’s Crandon Championship, September’s Knoxville Nationals, and November’s SCCA Runoffs at Virginia International Raceway.
