eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series | Power Rankings | Race 16 at Texas Motor Speedway
September 1st, 2025 by Justin Melillo

They say that records are made to be broken. Steven Wilson did just that two weeks ago when he won for a record seventh time in the 2025 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series season, the most wins in a single season. The previous record, a total of six wins held by Nick Ottinger back in 2013, was also gotten in an 18 race season, but back then, winning didn’t ensure a chance at winning the championship at the end of the year.
Wilson’s seventh could be his last of the season, but with three races still remaining before a champion is decided, this most recent one from Michigan International Speedway guaranteed his spot in the Championship 4 for a fourth-straight season. That ties another record, by the way, held by Bobby Zalenski, who made the Championship 4 in four-straight seasons from 2019 to 2022. Should Wilson become the first driver other than Ray Alfalla to win multiple championships this season or not, we’ll be on watch to see if the Championship 4 streak record gets broken next season.
Two races until the title race, and now only three spots remain. There will be at least one spot in the Championship 4 based on points. Michigan was a huge blow for the driver with the most points without a win—Zack Novak. The 2019 series champion was caught up in an early wreck that he could never fully recover from, putting him ninth in points, on the fringe of having to win to continue advancing. Three of the four spots in the current top-four are winners, based both on the Michigan finish and the bonus points entering. That could be a critical detail in the final two races before determining the Championship 4.
Next up is a Texas-sized trial, perhaps the closest preview to the Homestead-Miami finale as both tracks clock in at 1.5-miles in length. Wilson was the winner at Texas last season as well, so it could be another record-breaking week. With Wilson in victory lane and his Spire Motorsports teammate Femi Olatunbosun claiming his best finish of the season by finishing on the podium, that also means that the team moves back to the front with three races left to determine that championship as well.
TEXAS DRIVER POWER RANKINGS | Wilson locked… who’s next?

Entering Texas, the top-four drivers in the Power Rankings this week are the four drivers holding the tickets to the Championship 4. Kanaan Esports’ Vicente Salas is ahead of ERA Esports’ Bobby Zalenski in points after Michigan, but Bobby Z has the more recent win of the two, which is why they continue into Texas in the same spot they were in entering Michigan.
Despite leading 65 laps, William Byron eSports’ Tucker Minter came up short two weeks ago, and wound up with a 35th. His recent results have him down the order further than he likely should be, which is why I did move some pity points into his pile to keep him inside the top-10. Having three wins over the course of the season, and despite being 18 points below the cutoff, Minter is still a great pick to make the Championship 4. If Minter can bring the same speed he brought to Pocono and Michigan, Texas should be another race that he could easily win.
Apex Racing Team’s Christopher Hill continues his hot streak and remains the only non-playoff driver inside the top-10 of the Power Rankings. Hill’s been giving off Cal Naughton Jr vibes in two of the last three races, following Zalenski around Pocono and Minter around Michigan. That’s not to say he isn’t trying to win those races—despite being a rookie this season, considering his stats outside the series, he’s definitely able and willing—it just hasn’t worked out where he’s had the right opportunity to strike and claim a victory yet in his first year of competition. These results continue to prove his capabilities and solidify his place in the upcoming 2026 season.

Just outside the top-10, Spire Motorsports’ Femi Olatunbosun moves up into 11th thanks to a third place run at Michigan. Right behind him is Vegas Inferno’s Michael Guest. While neither were able to make the Playoff field this year despite there being so many spots on points, both are starting to stockpile the points now to ensure their place in the pool for next season as well.
Both Ryan Luza and Seth DeMerchant from fgrAccel have hit the proverbial wall in recent weeks. After a super Segment 3, Luza’s last two finishes have been 28th and 32nd to both end the Regular Season and begin the Playoffs. DeMerchant has three finishes outside the top-20, but does have a top-five at Pocono keeping him in the conversation. The 37th place finish at Michigan that followed up that mega run at Pocono essentially negates that. Both drivers will need to start turning it back in the right direction if they want to ensure their place above the relegation line.
Jim Beaver eSports’ Kollin Keister qualified for his first ever eNASCAR Playoff appearance thanks to a win at Las Vegas earlier in the year. While he wouldn’t have had the points without the win to get in, Keister did get enough points to keep himself close, and more importantly, inside the top-20 for that win to count. Unfortunately, Keister has finished outside the top-20 in the last four races, and while his most recent result of last place while not completely his fault, it does essentially put him in a must-win position at Texas or Phoenix to make the Championship 4, hence why he is the only playoff driver not inside the top-10 of the Power Rankings this week.

TEXAS TEAM POWER RANKINGS | Spire back on top with another Wilson victory

Finally, after 15 races, there is a clear cut favorite to win the Team Championship. Sure, it took an off-week from the dynamic duo of Zack Novak and Dylan Duval at Channel 199 Sim Racing for it to happen, but it is also in part due to both Spire Motorsports drivers, Steven Wilson as the winner and Femi Olatunbosun in third, finishing on the podium. If that caution didn’t fly with a handful of laps to go, the advantage would have still been in Channel 199’s court, even if so slightly, as the Spire drivers were looking at finishes outside the top-30. It is crazy how quick things can change in this series.
With the nearly perfect week, Spire now leads Channel 199 by 50 points with three races to go. Granted, this could completely swing back on any given week, but this late in the season, solid finishes will get the Spire drivers across the finish line towards a team championship.
With Parker White waking up for the playoffs, as he did last season, Atlassian Williams Sim Racing is one of two teams breaking back into the top-five in the Power Rankings this week. Casey Kirwan’s Kansas City Pioneers are the other team, both propelled by their top driver finishing inside the top-five and being in the top-four in the playoff standings as it stands.

Kirwan was so close to getting his first win since the 2023 season, passing Tucker Minter for the lead just moments before the caution flag flew. As Kirwan’s teammate, Graham Bowlin, attempts to finish above the relegation line at season’s end, this is a perfect scenario for both Kansas City Pioneers to gain points and move up the standings in the final races.
William Byron eSports has both drivers ranked this week, with Nick Ottinger creeping up the points, hoping to stave off relegation. Minter’s late race mishap essentially took all the potential points away from the team, however, as the duo drops down to seventh this week. BS+COMPETITION was also in the top-five last week and falls to sixth.
The Vegas Inferno returns to the top-10 this week. The last time they were ranked, Malik Ray was the top driver on the team. His suspension at Dover somewhat flipped the script, allowing for Michael Guest to take the reins and lead the team. Ray is fighting back, looking to get back inside the top-20 still, but Guest is currently the best of the rest, sitting 11th in the standings as the weeks wind down.
