The newly formed Jim Beaver eSports team will partner with DirtFish as the primary sponsor of entries in the 2019 Thrustmaster iRacing Rallycross World Championship. Bobby Sandt Jr. and Connor Parise will campaign a pair of DirtFish-backed Subaru WRX STIs in the nine-race calendar, which kicks off this weekend with the series’ inaugural visit to Atlanta Motor Speedway.

“DirtFish has been a longtime sponsor of mine, and as a DirtFish-helmeted athlete, I’m excited to introduce them to iRX as the primary sponsor of our two entries,” added Beaver. “Bobby and Connor will do a great job representing our team in this year’s championship, and we’re looking forward to running up front all season long!”

Jim Beaver eSports made its debut this summer in the eNASCAR PEAK Antifreeze iRacing Series, drafting drivers Michael Guariglia and Eric J. Smith to compete for the team. Beaver is a professional off-road racer and host of multiple radio shows including the Down & Dirty Show Powered By Polaris RZR, and has served as a play-by-play announcer for multiple off-road and rallycross events in his career.

Located in Snoqualmie, Washington, DirtFish is one of the world’s premier rally schools. Many of the biggest names in rallying and rallycross count themselves as DirtFish graduates, and the organization also competes in numerous racing events under the DirtFish Motorsports banner. DirtFish fields a team in Americas Rallycross’ ARX2 class for drivers Fraser McConnell and Brad DeBerti, and enters this weekend’s season finale at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with the championship lead.

The 2019 Thrustmaster iRacing Rallycross World Championship kicks off on Saturday at 2PM ET/11AM PT at Atlanta Motor Speedway, and runs every Saturday through November 30. All races can be streamed live on the iRacing eSports Network on Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube.
