The World of Outlaws iRacing Pro Series returns on Monday night for the ninth race of the 2025-26 season, the penultimate battle of the season. This series contains a schedule of 10 tracks with two dirt oval disciplines—split among the 410 Sprint Car in the first half, and the Super Late Model in the second—and has an open qualifying series format to allow for anyone to take part in each round of the championship.

For races 1 through 4, and 6 through 9, the driver roster is set each week through the Pro Qualifying Series races that are open to all iRacing members with a Class A Dirt Oval license. These qualifying races will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. ET, and the top-40 point scorers will be invited to the iRacing World of Outlaws Pro Series league each week for the Monday night main event. After the Monday show, the league is cleared out, and the process begins again. Points will be tracked as normal across those 10 main events to crown the series champion. The top-60 eligible drivers by the end of the ninth race in the standings will be invited to the final round, the Dirt SLM Tournament.

The Pro Series field will take on Fairbury Speedway for the final regular race on the year. The main event will include a 50-lap feature for 22 cars that qualify in through qualifying, heat races, and last chance qualifiers. There will be no Qualifying Series following the race this week as the finale will be the Tournament. The action starts at 8:00 p.m. ET and it will be live on DIRTVision and across all of iRacing’s social media channels.

RACE FORMAT

These races feature qualifying and heat racing to determine the 22 drivers that will compete in the main race.

The top-eight qualifiers will immediately transfer to the feature. Pole winners score 25 points, second place scores 23 points, and points are paid out through the transfer spots to eighth, who will receive 17 points. When the feature begins, the top-eight will invert, with the pole sitter starting eighth and the eighth place qualifier starting on the pole.

For everyone else who does not qualify in, there will be four heat races of eight laps each, where the top-three finishers will advance forward through to the main event. Heat races also pay out points to all drivers, with the winner scoring 15 points and ninth place taking home seven points.

There will also be two 12-lap consolation races where only the winner in each will move on, but no additional points are scored.

Feature races will be 50 laps in the Dirt Super Late Model section of the schedule. The Feature winner will score 100 points, making the maximum number of points on any given night 125 for a pole and Feature win.

TRACK INFO

Located in Fairbury, Illinois, Fairbury American Legion Speedway is a banked quarter-mile oval known for hosting World of Outlaws and DIRTcar Sprint Car and Late Model action. FALS is one of the most popular dirt tracks in America, winning three DIRTcar Track of the Year honors and earning its way into iRacing after being voted in by a passionate fanbase.

FALS’ signature event, the Prairie Dirt Classic, has run for nearly three decades and takes place at the end of July. The season runs from May to September with weekly competition.

LAST RACE

Eight races, eight different winners. The 2025-26 World of Outlaws iRacing Pro Series has refused to have a single standout driver this entire season, and the two drivers leading the way in the overall standings—Joey Lingron and defending series champion Logan Rumsey—have not found victory lane yet. In the Eldora classic, it was another former series champion in Hayden Cardwell getting the job done, collecting his first win at the top level of the series in over three years.

LAST SEASON

In the theme of new winners, last season’s trip to Fairbury resulted in a first-time winner by the name of Robbie Buchanan Jr. Playing the invert almost perfectly, Buchanan Jr lined up second alongside Tucker Elkins for the Feature race. Elkins went on to lead the opening 35 laps of the contest before Buchanan Jr made his way up into the lead. The two made it exciting, but it was Buchanan Jr prevailing for the victory.
